Hello all, Is it possible to have more then 60,000 UID's(user accounts) assigned on a RHEL ES 3.0 system? The systems by default has a UID_MAX of 60,000 in the login.defs file. Is it possible to have more, if so how many is the true max? What changes would I have to make to the system to accept more? I hope someone can help as this is something we have run into and need to try to fix promptly. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
