It's not because you can do this it is legal. (IANAL) If you have sufficient entitlements there's never problem. Some companies have agreements with Red Hat so that they do not need entitlements for test, support or integration purposes. If your company is in a position where it would make sense, you can always talk to your Red Hat representative to ask them about this, especially if there's a mutual benefit.
