You may want to look at a project of mine. It's called Yam and you can 
find it at:

Now, you may have to look into the legal matter of doing this. It's not 
because you can do this it is legal. (IANAL) If you have sufficient 
entitlements there's never problem. Some companies have agreements with 
Red Hat so that they do not need entitlements for test, support or 
integration purposes.

If your company is in a position where it would make sense, you can 
always talk to your Red Hat representative to ask them about this, 
especially if there's a mutual benefit.
