I have a bunch of files and directories in /tmp that are really old. I check /etc/cron.daily/tmpwatch and see the command "/usr/sbin/tmpwatch 240 /tmp" as the first line. I ran it from the shell (as root) using "/usr/sbin/tmpwatch -v 240 /tmp" and it keeps listing the same directories but doesn't delete them. I then added -f to force their removal, but that still isn't working. What am I missing?
