I suggested Intel Xeon CPU and if you want 64 bit CPU i mean Intel EMT64,
about AMD issues i don't have AMD to test it, but you will find it here :

32 bit  has limitation of memory  i recommended  double check with  the
vendor  about  both 32-bit & 64-bit.
