sendmail is an MTA - Mail Transfer Agent.  As such, it is not
responsible for any user interaction.  The only thing you'd use a web
interface for is configuration and webmin would the best for this.

If you're looking for a web-based mail reader (which doesn't rely on
sendmail at all), there are a bunch of good alternatives and some are on
the Red Hat distributions.  Which one is "best" is largely dependent on
your specific requirements and preferences.  What's best for me may not
be best for you.
