I ended up with this solution:
[root@ root]# for i in `find /lib/modules/\`uname -r\`/kernel/drivers/net 
-iname *.*o -print | \ 
    awk -F / ' { print $NF  }'` ; do grep ${i%.*} /usr/share/hwdata/pcitable ; 
done | \ 
    grep Ethernet | cut -f 3,4 | uniq | sort -k 2 | cut -f 2
