RE: software raid queries

I don't have a RAID system to test with at the momment, but several years ago, I was running RH 6.2 (?) on a DEC Alpha, and once in a while a drive would drop out of the RAID array.  I would use "raidhotremove" to delete the drive, then re-add it with "raidhotadd"
