SSH and sudo both defer to PAM; if your client is set up to auth
against LDAP (e.g., using authconfig), then SSH and sudo should work
with LDAP as well.  No recompile necessary.  The only things that will
need to be compiled for LDAP support are those programs that don't use
PAM, e.g., Samba.
