redhat detecting too many cpus?

I'm currently running Red Hat ES 4.0 on a server, which has two Xeon 2.8 MHz Processors, installed. However when I run cat /proc/cpuinfo to retrieve the CPU info it lists 4 processors installed.

Is there something wrong with the configuration of my Linux installation? Does anyone know why it would list 4 cpus when I only have 2 installed?

Below is the out of cat /proc/cpuinfo, Thanks!
