Disk quotas

Hello all, I have a question for RH9 administrators; I have a user who has a
personal directory of /usr/home/username. The user has a CD that has over
600 mb of files that he was copying to his directory, which was going fine,
he received an error that he had ran out of drivespace - the drive looks ok
to me as far has having the available drive space. My questions are:
1. What commands can I research to check drive space and usage, etc.?
2. Is there a command to view set quotas?

Thanks in advance,
Rx
