I've used book called: "McGraw Hill: RHCE Red Hat Certified Engineer Linux Study Guide Exam RH302 4Edition". It's a decent book to prepare yourself or at least to know what can you expect. But note that this version of book applies to RHEL version 3. Also note that in this book the things aren't covered in details.
