Hi all,
I have a problem using NFS as client for to connect to a remote share via NFS.
When I try: #mount -t nfs 192.168.0.1:/disco_export /disco_local
i have a response as:
pmap_getmaps RPC problem: RPC : time expired.

Someone have an idea about some solution? I have RHEL 3.0 WS

Thanks in advance.

It looks like the client is unable to contact portmap on the NFS server. Probably the firewall on the server (or client) is blocking port 110.
