If you use 'use_cw_file', do you  have 'mydomain1.com' in the
'local-host-names' file? (Note that filename is 'local-host-names'
(plural form), not 'local-host-name' as you said in your message).
What are the error messages you receive when trying to receive mail for
second domain?
Check that the contents of your /etc/mail/access (and corresponding DB)
file allows the sending/receiving of the messages with addresses in
second domain.
