Apache on RHEL4

I'm trying to do some java web start with Apache on a RHEL4 server. I've
added to the /etc/mime.types file with the following line:

application/x-java-jnlp-file jnlp

My jar files specified in the jnlp file are signed. But I can't get my
browser to launch java. I'm pretty sure this is a MIME issue. When I give
my browser the URL, I get the XML file spit back on the screen, instead of
executing it.

Is there another MIME file besides the one above that I need to modify?
I've restarted httpd after modifying the file.
