Hello all, I have configured sendmail on my home Dell 370 (running RHEL v4) to send e-mails to my external e-mail address via my ISP. 1 out of every 10 e-mails usually gets lost (i.e. is not delivered to my e-mail account). The ones that are received are received perfectly, with all header info rewritten as appropriate. The /var/log/maillog does not shed any light as all e-mails show a status of queued for delivery. Below is a log extract where the 7:15:02 e-mail was not received but the 7:23:36 e-mail was received. Same output as far as I can tell. Also, sometimes an e-mail takes a long time to get delivered and will be received after an e-mail that had been sent at a later date. Can anybody guide me as to where I need to look? Is this my system doing this or could it be my ISP holding up these messages for fear they are spam (which they are not)?
