logwatch runs nightly, and e-mails root. I would like it to email someone else.

I saw in /etc/cron.daily/00-logwatch a statement:
$Config{'mailto'} = "root";

Is that where I would make the change? There's no other config file?

/etc/log.d/logwatch.conf

# Default person to mail reports to. Can be a local account or a
# complete email address.
MailTo = root
