You answered the question during the installation.  If it's a recent
version of Red Hat Linux or Red Hat Enterprise Linux, it will likely be
grub.

The definitive answer (assuming you boot from /dev/hda):

[root@pe400 ~]#  dd if=/dev/hda bs=384 count=1 |strings
1+0 records in
1+0 records out
8,|   u
ZRrI
D|f1
GRUB

This tells you that you're booting using GRUB.
