The rpm pacakage for the VNC server is: vnc-server
The rpm package for the vnc viewer is: vnc

[root@phlmtr01 root]# rpm -qf /usr/bin/vncviewer 
vnc-4.0-0.beta4.1.4

[root@phlmtr01 root]# rpm -qf /usr/bin/vncserver
vnc-server-4.0-0.beta4.1.4
