Well you all suspected the same HW problem, but I don't see any HW problem.

Did not see any error during boot time. /var/log/messages looks normal, same
kind of messages on old log file..Did not see anything that can be
suspicious.

Smith, Can you please give me some more information on how to setting up
netdum,  

Have enough space.
