That one looks like it was installed by the system. Try "chkconfig
--list|grep -I mysql". If it comes back with something like:
mysqld 0:off 1:off 2:on 3:on 4:on 5:on 6:off
then you can do as Ed suggested earlier: "/sbin/chkconfig mysqld on"
Came back everything off so I turned it on and now it works like a charm.
