You must configure as router the machine between net's. For this, change a boolean on kernel:

[root@root ~]# cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward 0
[root@root ~]# echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward
[root@root ~]# cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward 1
[root@root ~]#
