Also, you may want to try the latest CDs.   I know from personal experience
that the boot kernel on the RHEL3 CDs won't detect SATA H/W Raid, but the
RHEL4 ISOs will.

PROBLEM SOLVED :

Actually, I m using a DELL GX620 with a SATA HD

To "force" Linux to detect my drive (and install), I've change the "SATA 
operation" setting  combination instead of normal (which is the factory 
settings)
