An advice which kernel should I use on Redhat 9 for Intel Hyper-Threading

The smp kernel. It will see the hyperthreaded CPU as 2 separate CPUs.

2nd question any hint which recommended for the Intel Hyper-Threading
Technology Redhat 9 or Fedora Core 1, 2 , 3 ??

The 2.6 kernel scheduler was optimized for hyper-threading. If you're
going with Fedora Core anyway, go with FC 4.
