Surprisingly we have not had any problems like that where we are receiving e-mail form unknown users. We have a way that if e-mail is not coming from a valid account (server), it deletes it. Our servers have also successfully been able to block and eliminate a lot of SPAM. However, we are using Windows 2003 servers using MailEnable as our e-mail server software.
