NFS mount problem on RHAS 4

Hi,

   We have Redhat 4.0 installed on our Dell/HP
Servers. We are facing problem in mounting a NFS share
from storage box.

   We could mount the same partiion on RHAS 3
Successfuly. We tried nfsvers=3 mount options it fails
with the following message. 

  #mount -t nfs machinename:/path  /mount-point
  
   Error: 

   mount: RPC: Authentication error; why = Client
credential too weak

   even adding in  fstab entry 

xys:/export/path     /test  nfs4
proto=tcp,sec=krb5,hard
intr    1 2   
   Error :

  We are get rpc.gssd not seesm to be running errors.

 Can some one throw some light on it.
