Hello, We've used Veritas NetBackup to backup our RHEL 3 systems for awhile. No problems. According to Veritas RHEL 4 is supported. But when we try to backup a system that's RHEL 4, the backup fails with some permission denied errors on certain files in /sys. I think this might have something to do with /sys being a separate partition in RHEL 4. Anyone seen this problem? 07/13/2005 10:50:13 NB-Master RHEL4-client from client RHEL4-client: ERR - Cannot process sparse file /sys/bus/pci/drivers/CS5530 IDE/new_id.
