anaconda and non-CD upgrades

I have a machine with no easy means of booting from any device other than the hard drive. I'd like to get this machine upgraded from Red Hat 7.3 to RHEL WS 4, but it seems to be fighting me every step of the way.

Does anyone know if there is a way to start anaconda from an existing Redhat install, and then point it to .iso's of RHEL WS 4's install disks? Or perhaps install anaconda and put it into the bootloader somehow, then proceed as normal?

Any suggestions at all would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Mindy Preston
