The eval copy gives a 30 day key for rhn updates. You probably need to 
register the key,
hop over to rhn.redhat.com <http://rhn.redhat.com>, login, click on 
"Channels", click on "Easy ISOs" (list all
available) and see if you've been granted access to the V2.1 and 3 ISO CD 
images.

If you have, download and burn...
