This is a known Oracle issue, from Metalink:

Fix
Please download and install the patch for Bug 3006854 available in Metalink.

Read the installation instructions in the readme.txt file included in the
patch :
- unzip p3006854_9204_LINUX.zip
- Login as the root user, 
- Set your current directory to the directory where the patch is located.
- sh rhel3_pre_install.sh

Installing Oracle9i on Linux  Redhat Ferdora Core3,i have a message :
"Unable to load native library:
/tmp/OraInstall2005-07-06_04-59-14PM/jre/lib/i386/libjava.so: symbol
_libc_wait, version GLIBC_2.0 not defined in file libc.so.6 with link time
reference."
 
Can you help me,please ?
