Check if you have installed the font it is asking for. Check the path of the 
font that has been specified in /etc/XF86Config file.

Other crude method is not to load this font. Open the /etc/XF86Config file 
and find the lines that have the font 'fixed' & comment them out. Doing it 
this way may or may not work, but you could give it a try.
