I'm not sure if this is a problem because of mounted iso, but how about
this scenario: Mount your iso file in some folder by your choice. Next,
copy all the contents from that mounted folder (iso file) into the
folder that you wish to export. 
Your NFS config looks fine, so i think there's a trick with mounted
iso. 

Anyways, you can define where is your problem buy creating one file (may
be empty) on your folder that you wish to export, export it and than
check from the other box if you see that file. If you do, it's the
iso-mounting problem if you don't see it, it's NFS problem.
