If its installed and so.2 file is there create a simlink for the so.3

Create a symlink named libstdc++-6.2-2.so.3 that points to your existing one.

cd /usr/lib
ln -s libstdc++-6.2-2.so.2 libstdc++-6.2.2.so.3
