Try up2date, yum or even apt.

Can anyone suggest a best way to get an RPM and automatically
download/install all required dependencies and libraries.

I'm having to get Subversion, but it has a million dependencies, so
downloading all deps can become tiresome.

 

Help as always is greatly appreciated.
