If you've paid for a support contract, then Red Hat should have given
you a phone number.  If you haven't paid for support, why should they
help you?  If you've had but lost the phone number, you can start at
https://www.redhat.com/support/service/guide/

You're certainly welcome to ask questions like this on the mailing
lists.  However, it would help us if you told us what you were trying to
upgrade.  What versions are you starting from and going to?

Many of the people on this list do remote upgrades of some sort or
another regularly.
