Search the hardware supported by Linux this link will help u http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/HOWTO-INDEX/index.html and add the appropriate entry in /etc/modules.conf for ur card it should be... alias eth0 e100 if there is a problem related to modules u can use modprobe command.
