I have a situation where I occasionally encounter a runaway vim process. It eats up all available cpu. I am looking for a way to limit the usage of said process. I have seen Google results that allude to resource.h, but I have yet to find a comprehensive method of accomplishing this task. Any help appreciated. Thanks.
