Are there any RedHat documents that highlight the specific differences from 3 to 4? The documents at http://www.redhat.com/promo/rhel/ seem to be mostly generic to Red Hat 4, not comparing 3 and 4. Where's the "what's new" or something that might help me evaluate the need to move from 3 to 4?
