[Q] iostat output question ???

We have several servers installed Redhat AS 2.1
(update 3).  I use "iostat -x 5" to check I/O
performance.  It show some disks 100% utilize always. 
I don't think it is correct.  Does anyone know what
wrong it is and how to reset?
