If that's the case, you'll need something like Ensim Webppliance, Plesk, cPanel, or any other web-hosting control panels. There's a plethora of them out there, the above are just the more common options. We use Ensim and Plesk on our hosting servers (I work for a web hosting company) and they both work great. Check the features of each closely, because even though they all sound very similar, they do have some serious differences and what works for one person may be completely inadequate (or way over the top) for another. Most of these have demos you can also install and test drive on your own server for a few days to make sure you get exactly what you need.

I know about Webmin for my own configs, but I need something my customer
can use to admin they're own sites. I.E  add they're own email users and
web admins. They are also able to use Front Page extensions.
