Have you looked in /var/log/maillog?  That would be a good place to see
what's getting bounced by who.

  hi all


  I'm running red hat 9 sendmail and all local mail was ok. But I can't send
and receive another domain . is that concerning with our ISP  or mail
forwarding ? 
I don't know where was wrong . Let's me know your instructions.
