Check out http://www.taolinux.org for one example. Caos, Centos, and White Box Linux are others along this same vein. These all come WITHOUT support from Red Hat. They're NOT RHEL and you won't (or shouldn't) find a complete RHEL copy out there with Red Hat Network access.
