The basic idea is to copy all of the files to one directory tree, modify the .discinfo file to include the disc information on all the discs you're putting into one. Then you burn a bootable disk. Sorry if that doesn't make much sense, I'm minus several hours on sleep. :) Seriously, do a search, you'll find the notes. It's not that hard, I've made a few dvd's myself.
