When i plug the Same HDD 80 GB that give the GRUB loading Stage2Read Error to other computer main board it boot normally without the error
i guess its a problem from the same mainboard, how i can solve that???

I solve the problem from the BIOS Setting in the IDE setting
when i enable ( DMA Transfer Access ) everything work out and machine boot normally
