I found these on ftp.redhat.com:

RHEL 4 beta (nahant):
/pub/redhat/linux/beta/nahant/en/WS/<arch>/SRPMS
kernel-2.6.8-1.528.2.10.src.rpm

RHEL 3:
/pub/redhat/linux/enterprise/3/en/os/<arch>/SRPMS
kernel-2.4.21-4.EL.src.rpm

RHEL 2:
/pub/redhat/linux/enterprise/2.1AS/en/os/<arch>/SRPMS
kernel-2.4.9-e.3.src.rpm
