You have provided no information on the problem except "it doesn't work, and is stuck on the sending mail message". Please provide some details: error messages, logs, changes you've made, whether or not your SMTP provider uses SMTP-AUTH, the configuration options you've selected when creating your account... anything and everything which might help.
