Add the rmmod command to /etc/rc.local.

my pc (running redhat 9, still) does not have a
floppy, but when booted, the floppy module is loaded.
i can remove it by rmmod. next time when booted, the
module is loaded again. where should i save the info
not to loaded the module on next reboot?
