Hi, 

if you only need routing between the
networks,

- delete the rule with SNAT from iptables (/etc/sysconfig/iptables)
- set permanently net.ipv4.ip_forward = 1 in /etc/sysctl.conf
- don't forged to set the routes on both sides of the network
