How to install legacy-software-development (compat-gcc...)?

How exactly am I supposed to select/install "Legacy Software 
Development" on Red Hat Linux 9? I mean, there is such a group in 
comps.xml, but it has <uservisible>false</uservisible> and no other 
groups depend on it...
