Thanks for the reply.
Can u specify the entries to be made in these files we
tried with the entry as follows:

syslinux.cfg

label ks-rhel3
 vmlinux
 linux ks=http://172.16.8.4/ks.cfg initrd=initrd 

But didn't work.

Please specify the sample entry.
