Toto,

Don't notify the sender! Many times senders are forged (unless they are within your org, and then even sometimes).
If you're using amavis you should be able to disable it there.

Not sure why you'd want to do this, but you could do it at the source (change alias to point to /dev/null), or destination (using procmail recipe).
